Our Promise

You've probably never heard of us. That's fair. We're a new brand run by one family, and we know trust is earned. Here is exactly what you can count on, in writing.

1. The 30-day promise

If your bracelet isn't right for any reason, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it or refund you in full. No restocking fee, no return-shipping charge, no hoops.

2. The one-year finish and cord guarantee

If the gold or silver finish fades, or the stretch cord breaks, within one year of normal wear, we replace the bracelet free. Email a photo and your order number. You don't even have to send the old one back.

3. A real person, within one business day

Every email is answered by Bobby or his wife, not a bot and not a call center. Write to upbraceletstore@gmail.com. If tracking says delivered and your package isn't there, we ship another one at no cost.

4. Honest descriptions

Our bracelets are stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD finish. They are not solid gold, and we'll never say they are. PVD is a hard, vapor-bonded coating that holds up far better than ordinary plating, but no plated metal is indestructible, which is why the guarantee above exists.

5. No fake reviews, ever

We launched in late 2026. If you don't see many reviews yet, that's because we haven't earned them yet. We will never buy, write, or fabricate a review. When you see one here, it came from a real customer, and we'll publish the critical ones too.

6. Who's behind it

UpBracelet is owned and operated by Bobby Samai in Oregon, USA: a husband, a father of two, and a man who has built businesses before and knows exactly who gets the glory. You can find him on Instagram at @bobbypnw, and read his story. He's a real man with a real family, and his name is on this.
