This Privacy Policy explains how K&B Company LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as UpBracelet ("UpBracelet," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit upbracelet.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or contact us. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, join our email list, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your messages. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Order information. The products you buy, order totals, discount codes used, and shipping details.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the Site, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How we use your information

To process, ship, and support your order, including pre-order updates and tracking.
To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges, and guarantee claims.
To send marketing emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it (for example, with Google Analytics).
To show you relevant ads on other platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, and measure how well they work.
To prevent fraud, protect our rights, and comply with the law.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver your order.
Analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, which receive browsing and purchase-event information through cookies and pixels.
Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
Business transfers: if the UpBracelet business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Sharing browsing data with advertising partners for cross-site ads may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under some state laws. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store's cart and checkout need some cookies to work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Oregon, Colorado, Virginia, and other US states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your information. To make a request, email upbraceletstore@gmail.com. We will verify your request using information connected to your order and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Data retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards, and our platform providers maintain industry-standard security, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
